Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid): 60 mg per serving
Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol): 400 IU per serving
Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopheryl acetate): 7 IU per serving
Vitamin K (menadione): 80 mcg per serving
Vitamin B1 (as thiamin HCI): 1.5 mg per serving
Vitamin B2 (as riboflavin): 1.7 mg per serving
Vitamin B3 (as niacinamide): 5 mg per serving
Vitamin B6: 2 mg per serving
Folic Acid: 400 mcg per serving

How to use: Spray 5-6 mists into mouth, swish and swallow. Use three times daily. Shake well before using.
