1. Each order within the U.S. and Canada OVER US $100.00 will receive FREE FED EX GROUND SHIPPING!

2. We currently ship via FedEx to 48 States in the Continental U.S. and all Provinces in Canada. We do not ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, or Alaska.

3. When placing an order, customers may choose from four different shipping methods:

       FedEx Ground, Fed Ex 2-Day, Fed Ex 3-Day, FedEx Overnight

4. Orders will be filled and shipped within 24-48 hours after the order is placed via email.

5. MindBodyEssentials.com will not be responsible for any delay in shipping due to FedEx circumstances.  

1. Backorders for out-of-stock products will not be taken.  Although rare, out-of-stock items should be re-ordered when they become available.

2. Should out-of-stock orders occur, customers will be notified by a MindBodyEssentials.com representative and can choose to order different items or have the full amount of their order including shipping charges refunded.
