1. We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. Any customer who is dissatisfied with any Young Living® products may return any unopened product within thirty (30) days after shipment for a full refund, on the same method of payment, of the purchase price and applicable sales tax (less shipping charges), if returned intact.   

2.  A customer may return any opened product or defective product with which a customer is dissatisfied up to thirty (30) days after shipment for credit of the purchase price and applicable sales tax (less shipping charges and a 10% handling fee).

3. All returns must be returned shipping prepaid regardless of reason. If a replacement order is sent or if an error has been made, it will be shipped without a shipping charge.

4. All product returns require a Returns Authorization Number. This R.A. number is obtained via email from mindbodyessentials.com and must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.

6. Excessive returns may be deemed an abuse of the return policy and may result in suspension of your return privileges.
